10.9 Agreement with Dekra­Lite Industries, Inc. for Military Banner Program Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Dekra­Lite Industries, Inc. for military banner printing and\ninstallation services for an initial one­year term in a total not­to­exceed amount\nof $18,750 through June 30, 2025; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to authorize and/or execute two, one­\nyear extensions in an amount not­to­exceed $18,750 annually.
