Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Enterprise Agreement\nwith Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., for Geographic\nInformation System technology licenses and subscriptions for a threeyear term\nin an amount nottoexceed $278,310 through June 30, 2027; and\n2. Approve and authorize this agreement under Menifee Municipal Code Section\n3.12.070(A)(7), waiving the competitive bidding process as the product is a\nunique commodity; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments related to this agreement.

Approve and authorize this agreement under Menifee Municipal Code Section\n3.12.070(A)(7), waiving the competitive bidding process as the product is a\nunique commodity; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments related to this agreement.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Confirm the City Council’s June 21, 2023 approval of the fiveyear equipment\nlease agreement with Canon for copiers and printers, included approval of the\nassociated perpage costs outlined within the agreement, in an amount of\n$40,000 for Fiscal Year 2023/2024; and\n2. Confirm approval of an annual increase of up to $5,000 per year of the lease\nagreement for perpage costs in a total nottoexceed amount of $250,000\nthrough June 30, 2028.
