10.11 Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. for Geographic\nInformation System Technology Software Subscription Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Enterprise Agreement\nwith Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., for Geographic\nInformation System technology licenses and subscriptions for a three­year term\nin an amount not­to­exceed $278,310 through June 30, 2027; and\n2. Approve and authorize this agreement under Menifee Municipal Code Section\n3.12.070(A)(7), waiving the competitive bidding process as the product is a\nunique commodity; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments related to this agreement.
