AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 2241-A WITH VALLEY MAINTENANCE\nCORPORATION\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Fourth Amendment with Valley Maintenance\nCorporation, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for janitorial services at various City\nfacilities in an amount not to exceed $226,304. The Amendment extends the term for six\nmonths through December 31, 2024, with the option for a month-to-month term until June\n30, 2025\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
