Public hearing to consider a proposed vacation/abandonment of portions of excess street right-of-\nway lying west of Anaheim Boulevard and directly south of Midway Drive requested by developer,\nEncore Anaheim LLC, in order to clear title to construct the 156 single-family attached dwelling\nResidential Project.\nRESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM vacating portions of excess street right of way lying west of Anaheim Boulevard\nand directly south of Midway Drive (Abandonment No. ABA 2019-00390).\nApprove the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Encore Anaheim LLC, in the purchase price of\n$1,600,000, for the sale of excess right-of-way from the City; authorize changes to the agreement\nthat do not substantially change the terms and conditions of the Agreement, so long as such\nchanges are determined to be de minimis by the City Attorney’s Office; authorize the Director of\nPublic Works Director to execute the Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign the Quitclaim\nDeed; authorize and direct the Public Works Director or his designee to execute other documents\non behalf of the City, including escrow documents, as required to close escrow; and authorize the\nCity Clerk to deliver the Resolution and Quitclaim Deed to escrow for recordation in the Orange\nCounty Recorder’s Office.\nMOTION:
