Accept the proposal and approve an agreement with All City Management Services Inc. in an\namount not to exceed $2,537,600, for school crossing guard services for a two-year period with\nup to three one-year renewal options; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exercise the\nrenewal options in accordance with RFP #9780.
