6. Waive Council Policy 4.1 and approve an agreement with Trauma Intervention Programs, Inc., in\na total contract amount not to exceed $220,962, to provide a range of emotional and practical\nsupport to victims of traumatic events and their families for a three year term commencing on July\n1, 2024, with two one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Fire Chief to execute and\nadminister the agreement.
