RESOLUTION TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR THE YOUTH COMMUNITY\nACCESS GRANT PROGRAM\nStaff is seeking approval of Resolution No. 2024-28, authorizing an application for the\nYouth Community Access Grant Program through the California Natural Resources\nAgency.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this item is not subject to the California Environmental Quality\nAct (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-28, authorizing the application of funds for the Youth\nOutdoor Access Grant, entitled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STANTON\nAUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS FOR THE YOUTH\nCOMMUNITY ACCESS GRANT”; and\n3. Authorize the Community Services Director to sign the Youth Community Access\nGrant Application for Funding.\nJuly 23, 2024
