PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SP PLUS FOR PARKING\nENFORCEMENT SERVICES\nThe City Council will consider entering into a Professional Services Agreement with SP\nPlus Corporation (SP+) for parking enforcement services.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5)(Organizational or administrative activities\nof governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between\nthe City and SP Plus Corporation for parking enforcement services in the amount of\n$213,087 for a term of one year with two additional one-year extensions.
