9. License Agreement for operation of a Farmer's Market at South Gate Park\nThe City Council will consider: (PARKS)\na. Approving the License Agreement with Harbor Area Farmer's Market, Inc., ("Operator") for the\nuse of a portions of South Gate Park for the operation of a Certified Farmer's Market;\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney; and\nc.
