Amendment No. 1 to Contract 2023-35-CC with Fountainhead Consulting, Corp., for\nadditional Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Tweedy Boulevard\nSignal Synchronization Project\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2023-35-CC with Fountainhead Consulting\nCorporation ("Agreement") to fund additional services that were needed to complete construction\nof the Tweedy Boulevard Signal Synchronization Project, City Project No. 514-TRF, and to\nretroactively extend the contract term from March 28, 2024, to December 31, 2024, for an\namount not to exceed $40,000; and\nb.
