5. 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games Promotion and Educational\nPartnerships with LA County Library\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Horvath: Authorize the County\nLibrarian and County Counsel to negotiate specific terms, execute, and if\nnecessary, amend or terminate agreements to partner with the Los Angeles\nOrganizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028, and other\npublic or private entities , for the promotion and educational programming\nassociated with the Olympic and Paralympic Games, including for the use of\nthe LA County Library and County logos, seals and marks for promotion and\ncobranding.
