37. Rowland Street Rehabilitation Project Cooperative Agreement\nRecommendation: Approve the pavement rehabilitation project on Rowland\nStreet from Citrus Avenue to Grand Avenue (Project) (1), and instruct the Chair\nto sign the cooperative agreement between the City of Covina and the County\nfor the project; find that the proposed Project is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act; and authorize the Director of Public Works to take\nthe following actions: (Department of Public Works) APPROVE\nApprove the County's estimated jurisdictional share up to an amount of\n$500,000 for the Project;\nApprove up to 10% of the County's estimated jurisdictional share equal to\n$50,000 for any unforeseen expenses that may occur, thereby\nincreasing the maximum contribution from $500,000 to $550,000 for the\nProject; and\nExecute amendments and modifications of a nonmaterial nature to the\ncooperative agreement to incorporate necessary nonmaterial\nprogrammatic and administrative changes.
