34. Park Maintenance and Park Mowing Services Sole Source Contract\nAmendments\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to execute\nthe following three sole source contract amendments: one with Conejo Crest\nLandscape, Inc. with an expiration date of July 31, 2024, at a total amount not\nto exceed $81,908, and two with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc., each with an\nexpiration date of September 30, 2024, for total amounts not to exceed $9,360,\nand $83,573, respectively, to further extend the contracts up to four months, for\nthe sole purpose of completing the Request for Proposals solicitation for the\nLandscape, Park Maintenance, and Mowing Services at various County parks\n(1 and 5), released November 2023; authorize the Director to increase the\ncontract amount by/up to 10% in any year, for any additional or unforeseen\nservices within the scope of the contract; and find that the proposed contract\namendments are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(Department of Parks and Recreation) APPROVE (24-2879)
