Tahiti Substation Southern California Edison Company Lease Amendment\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Beaches and Harbors\nto execute an amendment to an existing lease for Parcel 200, as amended, with\nSouthern California Edison (SCE), located in Marina del Rey (2), to adjust\nSCE’s annual rent and the insurance requirements; authorize the Director to\nexecute any other ancillary documentation necessary to effectuate the terms of\nthe amendment and take actions necessary and appropriate to implement the\nproposed amendment; and find that the proposed actions are either not a\nproject, or are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(Department of Beaches and Harbors) APPROVE 4-VOTES (24-2875)
