26. Various LA County Library Restroom Refurbishment Projects\nRecommendation: Establish and approve five proposed Capital Projects (CPs)\n(1, 2 and 4) as follows: Angelo M. Iacaboni Library Restroom Refurbishment\nProject, CP No. 89281 with a total project budget of $703,000; Anthony Quinn\nLibrary Restroom Refurbishment Project, CP No. 89282 with a total project\nbudget of $762,000; City Terrace Library Restroom Refurbishment Project, CP\nNo. 89283 with a total project budget of $686,000; Hawthorne Library Restroom\nRefurbishment Project, CP No. 89284 with a total project budget of $592,000;\nHermosa Beach Library Restroom Refurbishment Project, CP No. 89285 with a\ntotal project budget of $728,000; approve an appropriation adjustment to\ntransfer a total of $3,471,000 from the Library’s Operating budget to the various\nproposed CPs; authorize the Director of Internal Services to deliver the\nproposed projects using Board-approved Job Order Contracts; and find that the\nproposed CPs are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(Internal Services Department) APPROVE 4-VOTES (24-2841)
