REDONDO BEACH BLVD, THE TIRE HOUSE PROGRESS REPORT\nAs requested by the Planning Commission at the April 16, 2024, meeting, staff\npresented an update report on the business known as the Tire House Inc. and their\nprogress with meeting the requirements of Site Plan Review #4-15.\nCommission Action: The Planning Commission motioned that this item be\ncontinued and recommended that staff monitor the business for compliance with\nthe conditions of approval for Site Plan Review #4-15, by a vote of 5-0. The\nPlanning Commission directed staff to bring forward a report of the applicant's\nprogress to the October 1, 2024, Planning Commission meeting.\nCity Council Action: No action needed.
