Award Bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction\ncontract with On Demand Contractors, Inc. for the construction of the\nARPA - Fiber to City Parks Project in the amount of $376,200.00 and\nauthorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $37,620.00 (Bid No. DE-24\n-180-SB).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of\nthe City of Fontana for the ARPA - Fiber to City Parks Project.\n3. Approve a transfer of $116,542.00 from Project 37600059, ARPA Fiber to\nCity Facilities, to Project 37200006, Jack Bulik Park.\n4. Approve a transfer of $109,490.00 from Project 37600059, ARPA Fiber to\nCity Facilities, to Project 37200007, Veterans Park.
