Find that in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA), the project was considered within the previously adopted\nMitigated Negative Declaration for the future Development of an\napproximately 194,212 square foot warehouse located on the southeast\ncorner of Slover Avenue and Citrus Avenue, no further environmental\nreview is required, and direct staff to file a Notice of Determination.\n2. H. Approve a Development Impact Fee Credit Agreement 21-3106\nrelated to Parcel Map No. 20508 and Design Review No.\n22-007\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Development Impact\nFee Credit Agreement with CPL Slover LLC, a Delaware limited liability\ncompany, related to Parcel Map No. 20508 and Design Review No. 22-007,\nlocated north of Slover Avenue at Banana Avenue, for the required\nconstruction of offsite improvements at the intersection of Slover Avenue and\nCalabash Avenue.

I. Final Acceptance of Tract No. 20018 In-Tract 21-3116\nImprovements: Street, Sewer, Storm Drain, and Signing &\nStriping\n1. Accept as complete the In-Tract Improvements: Street, Sewer, Storm\nDrain, and Signing & Striping for Tract No. 20018, located on the east\nside of Lytle Creek Road, north of Summit Avenue.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-064, accepting the In-Tract sewer system for\nTract No. 20018 as part of the City sewer system.

J. Approve a License Agreement with San Bernardino County 21-3117\nTransportation Authority (SBCTA) for the Construction of\nthe Cypress Storm Drain Project\n1. M. Emergency Management Training Policy 21-3121\nAdopt City of Fontana Emergency Management Training Policy.

N. Approve an Increase in Construction Contingency for the 21-3124\nCourtplace Housing Development (Infrastructure\nImprovements), Project Bid No. DE-24-124-SB\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to increase the construction\ncontingency in the amount of $2,013,647.60, for a total contingency\namount of $2,500,000.00.\n2.
