N. Approve an Increase in Construction Contingency for the 21-3124\nCourtplace Housing Development (Infrastructure\nImprovements), Project Bid No. DE-24-124-SB\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to increase the construction\ncontingency in the amount of $2,013,647.60, for a total contingency\namount of $2,500,000.00.\n2. Appropriate $1,000,000.00 from Storm Drain Fund 622, I-10 South\nwatershed area and $170,000.00 will be allocated from Sewer Expansion\nFund 623.
