20. APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 24-51 ADOPTING THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION\n(CALTRANS) QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM (QAP)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-51 adopting the State of California Department of Transportation’s (CalTrans)\nQuality Assurance Program; and,\n2. Authorize staff to submit the adopted Quality Assurance Program and conforming resolution to the State\nof California Department of Transportation; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
