34. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4213 TO WEIDNER FOR THE INSTALLATION OF\nSOURCE CAPTURE EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR THE CITY'S THREE FIRE STATIONS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4213 with Weidner for the Installation of a Source\nCapture Exhaust System for the City's Three Fire Stations; and\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City: and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
