35. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4213 WITH THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA ON\nBEHALF OF THE UCLA CENTER FOR PREHOSPITAL CARE FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES\nEDUCATION AND TRAINING\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4213 with the Regents of the University of California on\nBehalf of the UCLA Center for Prehospital Care Educational and Training Services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City: and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
