17. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4212 WITH PLACER LABS INC. TO PROVIDE\nECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS, CONSUMER VISITATION REPORTS, AND PROJECT\nIMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4212 with Placer Labs, Inc. to provide economic\ndevelopment analysis, consumer visitation reports, and project implementation strategies for a total, two-\nyear not to exceed amount of $62,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Services Agreement No.4212 with Placer Labs, Inc\non behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
