14. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4195 WITH CITIBOT FOR ARTIFICIAL\nINTELLIGENCE (AI) CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4195 to Citibot for an initial three (3) year term in an amount\nnot-to -exceed Thirty-Two Thousand Dollars ($32,000) in year one, Twenty-Five Thousand Three\nHundred Dollars ($25,300) in year two, and Twenty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($28,600) in\nyear three; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and,\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
