28. APPROVE A BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER WITH RUSH TRUCK CENTERS OF TEXAS, LP AND SOCAL\nAUTO & TRUCK PARTS, INC., FOR MAINTENANCE-RELATED BUS AND VEHICLE FLEET PARTS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a blanket purchase order (PO) with Rush Truck Centers of Texas, LP, dba Rush Truck\nEnterprises (Rush Trucking), for a total not-to-exceed amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) to\npurchase maintenance-related bus and vehicle fleet parts for Fiscal Year 2024-25; and\n2. Approve a blanket PO with SoCal Auto & Truck Parts, Inc. (dba Napa Auto Parts), for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) to purchase maintenance-related bus and vehicle\nfleet parts for Fiscal Year 2024-25; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
