11. INTRODUCE AND WAIVE FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 2478 AMENDING CHAPTER 10.68 OF THE\nCITY OF MONTEBELLO MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING OVERSIZED VEHICLE PARKING\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Introduce and waive first reading of Ordinance No. 2478 amending Montebello Municipal Code (“MMC”)\nChapter 10.68 to establish new regulations regarding oversized vehicle parking including containers and\nunattached trailers Citywide; and\n2. Determine and Find that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”)\npursuant to CEQA Section 15061(b)(3), the commonsense exemption; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
