13. APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 24-53 ADOPTING THE JULY 2024-JULY 2027 ECONOMIC PROSPERITY\nACTION PLAN\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Resolution No. 24-53 adopting the July 2024-July 2027 Economic Prosperity Action Plan, a\nThree-Year Implementation Strategy; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
