12. APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 24-57 ACCEPTING THE SUFFICIENCY OF THE RECALL PETITION AND\nAPPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 24-59 REQUESTING CONSOLIDATION OF THE RECALL WITH THE\nGENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 5, 2024\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Resolution No. 24-57, accepting the certificate of sufficiency of signatures on the petition to\nrecall Councilmember Angie Jimenez; and\n2. Approve Resolution No. 24-58, calling for the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on\nTuesday, November 5, 2024, for the submission of the question of the recall of Angie Jimenez; and\n3. Approve Resolution No. 24-59, requesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles to\nconsolidate the Recall Election with the General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5,\n2024,\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
