6. Agreement for Vendor Services with Pumpman for Two Pump Replacements\nin Zone 9\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Pumpman in the amount of\n$32,781.00 for the replacement of two 25hp booster pumps in Zone 9;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Pumpman in the amount of\n$32,781.00.
