5. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding and License Agreement between the City of\nPomona and Just Us 4 Youth For the Use of Renacimiento Community Center\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the Memorandum of Use (MOU) and License Agreement with Just Us 4\nYouth; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a one-year agreement with a\none-year renewal option and any future amendments on behalf of the City.
