10. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT\nSERVICES AGREEMENT FOR MEDIA TECHNICIAN SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve second amendment to the contract services agreement with Mr. Joel\nGordillo for media technician services extending the term for another three (3)\nyears. Upon conclusion of the term, this agreement must come back to Council\nfor review and approval; and\n2. Authorize City Manager to execute agreement.
