Second Amendments to Agreements for Rotational Towing and Storage Services\nDepartment(s): Police Department\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute second amendments\nto the agreements with the following contractors to allow two one­year extensions to\nthe term and exercise the first extension option from September 1, 2024 through\nAugust 31, 2025, and to increase the compensation fee schedule for rotational towing\nand storage services:\n1. Standard Enterprises, Inc. dba To’ and Mo’ (Agreement No. A­2024­XXX);\n2. Greater Southern California Towing, Inc. (Agreement No. A­2024­XXX);\n3. B&D Towing, Inc.
