6. SERVICE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES 24-291\nPERTAINING TO IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY’S LAND\nMANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TESSA) UPDATE\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to increase the total compensation\nby $90,000 to a not-to-exceed amount of $1,300,856, in substantially the\nform as approved by the City Attorney.\n2.
