D. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR DIAL-A-RIDE TRANSPORTATION\nSERVICES\nThe City Council is requested to approve the agreement for dial-a-ride\ntransportation services.\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a two (2) year and ten (10) month Agreement for Dial-A-Ride\nTransportation Services with Southland Transit, Inc.; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in an amount not to\nexceed $2,121,472.60 over the full term of the agreement.
