AGREEMENT – MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council approve an agreement with IBE Digital for three years from September 1,\n2024 through August 31, 2027, with the option of two additional 12-month terms, in the amount of up to\n$616,258 for the first year, with an annual rate increase up to 4% in subsequent years; and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the agreement and any extensions or amendments, provided there is funding in\nthe budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAPPOINTMENTS
