AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 2 - PROJECT NO. 7196, FIRESTONE BOULEVARD BETWEEN\nSTUDEBAKER AND IMPERIAL HIGHWAY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Mark Thomas &\nCompany, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $198,677 for Design Support Services during construction for\nProject No. 7196; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.
