APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH IBE DIGITAL FOR\nSUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES\n(FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a City-Wide Information Technology (IT)\nstaff augmentation services agreement with IBE Digital on a month-to-month\nbasis; and\n2) Authorize issuing a Request for Qualification/Proposals (RFP) to identify\nconsultant to provide IT support services.
