8. AGREEMENT WITH ATQOR FOR IT CONSULTANT, SUPPORT SERVICES AND\nSOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Incorporate this project as a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) within the current\nFiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 CIP Program; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement with\nAtQor for general Information Technology (IT) support and consultant services for\nFY 2024-25 through 2025-26; and\n3) Award AtQor authorization to create a Water Utility Billing solution based upon the\nspecifications of the City’s Request for Proposals (FRP) for Utility Billing Software\nand implementation Services; and\nAugust 6, 2024: City Council Meeting Page 6 of 8\n4) Authorize the City Manager to execute three (3), optional one (1) year\namendments for FY 2026-27 through FY 2028-29 at the City Manager’s discretion.
