RESOLUTION NO. 9925 – AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 9906, FULL STREET\nVACATION OF KOONTZ AVENUE SOUTH OF FLORENCE AVENUE,\nRESERVING EXISTING UTILITIES (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 9925 amending Resolution No. 9906, to reserve any\nexisting utilities from the street vacation of Koontz Avenue; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the quitclaim deed to the Property\nDeveloper; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.\nAugust 6, 2024: City Council Meeting Page 8 of 8
