Town Project No.8957: Miracle League Field Surface Replacement Project\nAuthorization to waive formal bidding Procedures, and award contract to Pro\nPlayground\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1- Waives the formal competitive bidding process pursuant to the\nMunicipal Code;\n2- Awards bid to Pro Playground, in the amount of $165,999 for the\nMiracle Field League Surface Replacement - Town Project No.8957,\nestablishes a contingency in the amount of $17,000, and authorizes\nthe Town Manager, Town Attorney and Mayor to sign all documents\nnecessary to implement the project and authorizes the Town\nManager to expend the contingency in order to deliver the project.\nFUTURE AGENDA ITEMS:
