Approval of a two-year extension of the Affordable\nHomeownership Expansion Agreement and update to the Project\nActivities Implemented by the San Gabriel Valley Habitat for\nHumanity.\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to approve a no-cost\ntwo-year extension of the Affordable Homeownership\nExpansion Agreement and update to the Project Activities\nand associated funding sources; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funding for\nthis updated Program and Project Activities and make the\nnecessary budget adjustment.
