13. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nANAHEIM approving a Cooperation Agreement (Tampico Motel Conversion), in substantial form, for the\nTampico Motel Conversion Affordable Rental Housing Development located at 120 S. State College\nBoulevard by and between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Housing Authority; authorize the\nDirector of Housing and Community Development, or her designee to execute and administer the\nCooperation Agreement; and, making certain findings in connection with such approvals [related to\nHousing Authority Item No. 02].
