12. Waive Council Policy 4.1 and approve the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention and Opioid\nSettlement Funding Access Program Subrecipient Agreement with the Mariposa Women and Family\nCenter, in an amount not to exceed $100,000, to provide outreach and support services to Anaheim’s\nCollaborative Court Evaluating Strategies and Solutions Program’s participants funded through the\nOpioid Settlement Funds and the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program Grant, for a\none year term effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; and authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute the agreement and the documents necessary to implement and administer the\nagreement.
