Accept the bid from Econolite, in the amount of $2,217,265.20 plus applicable sales tax, for the purchase\nof as needed traffic video detection systems and related equipment, for a one year period with up to four\none-year optional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exercise the renewal options in\naccordance with Bid #9801.
