Public hearing to consider the approval of a Preliminary Award Letter, Ground Lease Option Agreement, Cooperation Agreement (Tampico Motel Conversion) and a resolution regarding the intention to issue tax-exempt obligations for the Tampico Motel Conversion Affordable Rental Housing Development located at 120 S. State College Boulevard [related to Council Item No. 13].\nRESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM\nHOUSING AUTHORITY approving a Preliminary Funding Award Letter and Ground Lease Option\nAgreement, in substantial form, for the Tampico Motel Conversion Affordable Rental Housing\nDevelopment located at 120 S. State College Boulevard between the Anaheim Housing Authority and\nJamboree Housing Corporation; approving a Cooperation Agreement between the Anaheim Housing\nAuthority and the City of Anaheim; authorizing the Executive Director, or her designee, to execute and administer the Preliminary Funding Award Letter on behalf of the Authority; authorizing the Executive Director or her designee, to enter into subsequent agreements necessary to implement the project, provided that such agreements do not materially increase or extend the assistance provided by the Housing Authority under the Preliminary Funding Award Letter; and making certain other findings in connection therewith.\nRESOLUTION NO.
