RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT WITH HARDY & HARPER, INC.\nFOR THE LOS COYOTES DRIVE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving the plans and specifications for the Los Coyotes Drive\nStreet Improvement Project; 2) Award a contract to Hardy & Harper, Inc. in the amount of $650,000; 3)\nAuthorize contingency funds in the amount of $65,000 in the same purchase order; 4) Authorize construction\nengineering in the amount of $46,000; 5) Authorize a purchase order for The Solis Group in the amount of\n$6,000 for administration of the Community Workforce Administration (CWA); 6) Authorize contingency funds in\nthe amount of $3,000 for the Community Workforce Administration (CWA); 7) Authorize the City Manager and\nCity Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the contract; and 8) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Clerk to execute the contract.
