4F. AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TSG ENTERPRISES, INC. DBA THE SOLIS\nGROUP FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT (CWA)\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 22-22 with\nTSG Enterprises, Inc. dba The Solis Group, in the amount of $200,000 to administer the City’s Community\nWorkforce Agreement (CWA); 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-\nmonetary changes to the amendment; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the\namendment.
