AGREEMENT FOR PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES WITH NORESCO, LLC FOR AN INVESTMENT GRADE\nAUDIT FOR THE CITY OF BUENA PARK'S FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve an agreement for progressive design-build services with NORESCO, LLC, in\nconnection with an Energy Conservation and Performance Project at designated City facilities; 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; 3) Authorize\nthe City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement; and 4) Authorize the City Manager and Public Works\nDirector to administer the agreement.
