5. Agreement with Tetra Tech for Design Services for PFAS Treatment System for South\nGate Park Wells\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with Tetra Tech to prepare design and construction documents\n(“Agreement”) for the Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (“PFAS”) Treatment Plant System for\nthe South Gate Park Water Wells - City Project No. 666-WTR, for a not to exceed amount of\n$674,222;\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to approve and execute amendments up to a cumulative amount\nof $100,000 to avoid delaying the design schedule to be funded with project contingency grant\nfunds; and\nc.
